Council Request Injunctions Against Campaigners

A number of campaigners, including Councillor Alison Teal, have received alarming letters from Sheffield Council today. The letter details the council’s intent to seek an injunction from the High Court preventing them, the campaigner, from taking part in any future action opposing the felling of healthy street trees. The campaign is seeking legal advice.
